Listen to a unique Advent concert by the ‘King's School’ from Australia in the Imperial Court Chapel in the centre of Vienna in aid of Caritas Hospice.
The King's School Choir & Orchestra from Sydney, Australia is a group of talented young musicians who attend The King's School in Parramatta. Founded in 1831, The King's School is the oldest school in Australia. The school is a Christian community and aims to provide its students with a foundation for the betterment of society through high quality teaching. In preparation for this tour, these young men have prepared a programme that is uniquely Australian. The repertoire includes newly commissioned works by Australian composers Dan Walker and Luke Byrne, various sacred vocal pieces, larger instrumental works and a collection of small ensemble pieces.
